you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and
conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern
Net2Apps' relationship with you in relation to this website.
The term 'Net2Invoice' or 'Net2Apps' or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website.
The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website. Violation of any of these
agreements will result in the termination of your Net2Invoice account or other forms of
banning you from using the service. While Net2Invoice prohibits such conduct and content on
its site, you understand and agree that Net2Invoice cannot be responsible for the Content posted
on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the
Net2Invoice service at your own risk.
Basic Terms
- You may not use the Net2Invoice service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
- Especially, you may not use the Net2Invoice for publishing or retrieving content related to pornography, sexual practices and aids, arms and weapons, drugs and alike.
- You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links (“Content”) that you submit, post, and display on the Net2Invoice service.
- You must not modify, adapt or hack Net2Invoice or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Net2Invoice.
- You must not create or submit unwanted email to any Net2Invoice members (“Spam”) or use Net2Invoice in distributing such email.
- You must not use Net2Invoice to transmit any worms or viruses or any code of destructive nature.
- You must not, in the use of Net2Invoice, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
- You must be 13 years or older to use the Applications
- You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.
- You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
- Created user accounts may only be used by one person - a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Net2Invoice cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
- You are not permitted to block any advertisements.
- You consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
- Your use of the Applications is at your sole risk. The Applications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- You must not modify, adapt or hack the Applications or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Applications, Net2Invoice, or any other Net2Invoice service.
- You expressly understand and agree that Net2Invoice shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits,
goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Net2Invoice has been advised of the possibility
of such damages), resulting from:
- the use or the inability to use the Applications.
- the cost
of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data,
information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions
entered into through or from the Applications.
- unauthorized access to or alteration
of your transmissions or data;

statements or conduct of any third party on
the service; or
- any other matter relating to the Applications.
- You must not falsely assume the identity of an employee representing Net2Invoice
- The failure of Net2Invoice to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Use constitutes the entire agreement between you and Net2Invoice and govern your use of the Applications, superceding any prior agreements between you and Net2Invoice. (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Use).
Acceptance of Terms of use
Net2Invoice is a service, including but not limited to net2invoice.com (the "Website")
and software applications downloadable therein (the "Applications").
By accessing and using the Applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of
Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN THESE TERMS
OF USE, DO NOT USE THE APPLICATIONS IN ANY MANNER. Net2Invoice reserves the right
to limit or terminate your access to the Applications if you do not comply with
these Terms of Use.
Net2Invoice reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, update,
add, or remove portions of the Terms of Use at any time, with or without notice
to you. Please check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued
use of the Applications after the posting of any changes to the Terms of Use means
that you have accepted those changes.
Copyright and Content Ownership
- We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Applications.
- The Applications and all source code including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and images
are copyright © Net2Invoice.
Upgrading, Downgrading, Modifications, Cancellations, Refunds and Payments
- A valid credit card is required for paying accounts. Free accounts are not required to provide a credit card number.
- Paying accounts will be billed/charged upon completion of account creation process.
- You are responsible for the trial of the Applications using the free plan prior to usage of a paying plan. If you activate a paying account, you waive your right to a trial of the Applications.
- Service of the Applications is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable.
There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade
refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. For the purposes of
equality, no exceptions will be made.
- All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities,
and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties, excluding
only United States (federal or state) taxes.
- For any upgrade or downgrade in plan level, your credit card that you provided will
automatically be charged the new rate on your next billing cycle.
- Downgrade is only available when the account is eligible for the target downgrade
plan.
- You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. An email or phone
request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation. You can cancel your
account at any time from within your account site. The option is available under
"View your service plan"
- Any or all of your data will be permanently removed from our system upon cancellation.
This removal cannot be reversed. The data that is lost cannot be restored. Net2Invoice
reserves the right to preserve any or all of the data in a non-restorable form.
- If you cancel your plan before the end of your current paid month, your cancellation
will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again. You will not receive
a refund for unused time.
- Net2Invoice, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your
account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Applications, or any
other Net2Invoice service, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Applications
will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your
Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all data in your Account. Net2Invoice
reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- Net2Invoice reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue
the operation, support, and service of the Applications, temporarily or permanently,
with or without notice.
- Details for paid plans, including but not limited to features enumerated on the
Website, are subject to change upon 30 days notice from Net2Invoice. Such notice
may be provided at any time via any channel, including but not limited to digital
notices on the Website.
- Details for the free plan, including but not limited to features enumerated on the
Website, are subject to change at any time from Net2Invoice.
- Prices, including but not limited to monthly subscription plan fees to the Applications,
are subject to change upon 30 days notice from Net2Invoice. Such notice may be provided
at any time via any channel, including but not limited to digital notices on the
Website.
- Net2Invoice shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification,
price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Applications.
Warranties and Liability
- Net2Apps does not represent or warrant that:
- the use of the Services will be timely, uninterrupted or error-free or operate in combination with any other hardware, software, system or data,
- the Services will meet your requirements or expectations,
- errors or defects will be corrected,
- the Services or the server(s) that make the Services available are free of viruses or other harmful components. The Services are provided to you strictly on an "as is" basis. All conditions, representations and warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third party rights, are hereby disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
- Your sole remedy with respect to any claims arising out of this Agreement shall be limited in the aggregate to the monies paid by you to Net2Apps under this Agreement during the twelve (12) month period preceding the event giving rise to such liability.
- In no event shall Net2Apps be liable for:
- any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits and goodwill, business or business benefit, or the cost of procurement of substitute products or services by you even if advised of the possibility of such damages;
- any delay or failure to provide the Services that is due to third parties, including, without limitation, internet service providers, data centres, server hosting companies and telecommunications companies;
- credit card fraud committed against you by any third party provider of credit card services.
